They provide the chamber with heat without altering the chamber inner atmosphere. Since they drive no air, they can be used in applications in which this could lead to problems in the material to be treated, without producing dust or emissions.
The only gas circulation inside the chamber occurs in moisture extraction in order to optimise drying. This can be regulated at different points in the dryer, and individually adjusted at each extraction point.
Temperature regulation inside the chamber is precise and very stable in the different control zones.
Dryer length and width dimensions depend on the estimated production volume. Modular facilities are involved that can be enlarged according to needs.
